Yes. The 90-Day Strategy Intensive is designed to stand on its own and leaves you with a roadmap you can run.

04Can you work with our current tools?+

Yes. We can improve workflows across tools such as Notion, ClickUp, and Google Workspace without forcing a complete rebuild.

05Do we need to be experienced with AI?+

No. We start with the work and the outcome, then introduce only the AI tools that make the process genuinely better.

06How will we measure progress?+

At kickoff we choose a small number of useful signals—for example deep-work time, turnaround time, shipping cadence, or work removed.

07Is this consulting or coaching?+

Usually both. You get strategic perspective, hands-on systems thinking, and the accountability to keep the work moving.
